The Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI, President Kwon Ho-yeol) signed a business agreement with the Chungnam Institute (CNI) for joint research and information exchange in the field of data-based policies at the Chungnam Institute on August 14 of this year.
The Chungnam Institute is carrying out projects necessary for the development of local communities, such as the mid- to long-term development of the Chungnam region, promotion of the local economy, and systematic research and development of policy tasks related to local administration.
The agreement encompasses the exchange of research and information in data-based related policy areas; joint research and identification of major items in data-based related policy areas; and the exchange of research reports, publications and research data, and research personnel.
KISDI President Kwon Ho-yeol said, “With the advent of the intelligent information society, data-based policies now occupy an important place. This agreement will be the first step toward revitalizing research in the field of data-based policies through the mobilization of the respective capabilities of KISDI and CNI.”
