The Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI, President Kwon Ho-yeol) held the “3rd KISDI Open Academy in 2020” in the conference hall on the 2nd floor of the KISDI building on August 29.
The KISDI Open Academy was established as a forum at which to discuss Korea’s comprehensive prospects by introducing the “Collaborative Project of the Future Innovation Committee of Economics, Humanities and Social Research Society,” by Park Chan-Soo, director of the Strategic Planning, Science & Technology Policy Institute.
First, the composition of the project and that of the “Future Innovation Committee” were introduced in relation to the “Korea National Vision and Future Strategy Report”.
Next, it served as an opportunity to analyze the national vision and future strategy, anticipate future challenges, and discuss ways to find solutions to such challenges.
From 2020, KISDI plans to continue holding the Open Academy to respond proactively to economic and social changes and to identify and formulate policies.
