December 1 & 2, 2008
Radisson SAS Royal Hotel

This second Cooperation Forum is a follow-up event to the one successfully held in Seoul, South Korea in June 2008, and is organised under the aegis of the European Commission (Directorate General Information Society and Media), and of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy (MKE), Korea.
It has been seen of strategic importance to have a follow-up event to the conference that took place in June in Seoul, South Korea and on the occasion of which several ICT research areas of mutual and strategic interest to Europe and Korea have been identified.
The main objective of this "2nd EU-Korea Cooperation Forum on ICT Research" is thus to further build upon achievements reached, relations established and to have the possibility to even more precisely identify potential Euro-Korea cooperation projects on ICT research.
The conference targets an audience of up to 200 representatives (at the level of project manager, head of laboratory, scientists, engineers, etc.) from European and Korean organisations (multinationals, SMEs, academia, research institutes & laboratories, etc.) active in the ICT field and interested in developing scientific and technological cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
